Garden Venues with Bar Service
Bar service run by the venue removes the most heavily regulated vendor on your list: licensed bartenders, liability handled, and packages by the hour or by the head instead of a cart of receipts. The trade is control — venue-run bars usually mean their liquor, their pricing, and rules about outside alcohol (often none allowed, sometimes a corkage arrangement). Ask exactly which model each venue runs: full package bar, "you buy, we pour", or an approved bartending partner.
