From the reviews
My husband and I got married at Greystone Fields this past month. Our wedding day was absolutely everything we wanted and more and we couldn’t have done it without Adam, his staff, and his amazing vendors. We did the all inclusive package and had both the ceremony and reception on site.
My wife and I were married July 1st, 2017 at Greystone Fields, and would HIGHLY recommend that you make the same decision! From the moment that we toured the facility, to the moment that we walked out of the venue with left-overs and life-long memories, we were met with the most thorough, professional, and prompt…
Greystone Fields was my dream wedding venue! I had attended a wedding there 3 years prior and as soon as I walked in the doors I fell in love! From the wide open reception hall, to the tall ceilings, to the large windows that offer tons of natural lighting to the grand staircase, it is just truly breathtaking!
We got married at Greystone on 9/5/2020. We worked with Adam through the entire process and I cant say enough about how amazing he is to deal with. Its nice to see a family run business in this day and age that actually cares about your event.
Getting married at Greystone Fields
Greystone Fields comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Greystone Fields
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Greystone Fields — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
