We knew Caswell Farm was the place for our wedding from the moment we stepped onto the beautiful property - even though it was January and there was a foot of snow on the ground - and met Catherine!
We were hired to photograph a wedding at Caswell Farm in 2023. It was the first time we had visited this venue and we were pleased as punch when we arrived and began our day. There was gorgeous light scattered all around the grounds, which was obviously good for us.
From the moment we stepped onto Caswell Farm, we knew we had found our venue! Admittedly, this was in January and it was under a foot of snow, but we could easily see that it was the best place for us to bring our vision of our day to life!
Getting married at Caswell Farm & Wedding Barn
Caswell Farm & Wedding Barn comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
