From the reviews
As a Wedding Professional with more than 25 years in the Entertainment industry, I can say that you would be hard-pressed to find a vintage barn venue that takes so many of the "little things" into consideration.
Burlap and Beams is a DREAM! We had our wedding here on 8.18.18 and every single minute was amazing. Terri is a beautiful soul. She has an incredible passion for this property and works very hard to make sure every detail is perfection!! The easiest decision I made in all of my wedding planning, was to book this venue.
A total hidden gem — we’re still dreaming about it! We stumbled upon The Promise Gardens online while searching for Lake George wedding venues, and despite never having heard of it before, the moment I stepped onto the property (in the middle of winter, no less), I just knew — this was the one.
Ryan and I are beyond fortunate to have found your venue, Terri! It was the first we visited, actually quite by accident, on our way back home from a camping trip in the Adirondacks (near Keene). We were immediately smitten, but tried our best to do our due research...
Getting married at The Promise Gardens Estate of the Adirondacks
The Promise Gardens Estate of the Adirondacks comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
