From the reviews
If you're searching for an exceptional wine country venue for a corporate retreat, private event, or simply an unforgettable getaway, Vinarosa Resort and Spa in Sonoma deserves to be at the top of your list.
I have nothing but LOVE for Vinarossa. As a DJ who has played here on multiple occasions its a great place for private events and weddings. The food, bar service and dance atmosphere just works! There is also a really nice spot for ceremonies, cocktail hour and dinner hour outside of their newly renovated ballroom.
This was a fantastic venue for a wedding. The staff is very much on top of things. Fast and courteous service. The food was just fantastic. I Would highly recommend Vintners for any occasion. In addition to the wonderful wedding, we came back for dinner the next night.
Everything here was great, from reception to the goodbye, my room was big and I had Everything I needed, the bath was also a nice addition, the mini fridge had great welcome drinks and their cookies were good, the restaurant was also great, I had dinner and brunch and both times food was tasty and well prepared,…
Getting married at Vinarosa Resort & Spa
Vinarosa Resort & Spa comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Vinarosa Resort & Spa
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Vinarosa Resort & Spa — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
