I think the best way to describe the wedding day was from the words of my husband: “I feel like we are in a fairy tale”. Looking back on our wedding day, I can confidently say that it was perfect.
We attended a wedding and reception here for a friend's daughter. The grounds are beautiful, the reception hall is great venue for a small wedding party (60-80 people), and the food was delicious.
If I could give Of The Land more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was something special. On our wedding day, it completely exceeded every expectation we had. The property is absolutely breathtaking and created the most magical setting for our wedding.
Of the Land is the most beautiful jaw dropping wedding venue I have ever been to. We were so happy to have chosen Of The Land for our wedding this past weekend on July 13th. We toured back in December and immediately fell in love with the venue and the staff. Everyone is so laid back and accommodating.
Getting married at Of The Land Events

First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
