From the reviews
We selected this venue for our wedding and reception in mid-July and could not have been happier. Mary was our coordinator and was great at responding to our questions, as we were not from town. The venue space is beautiful and so different from every other wedding space we have been to in recent memory.

Let’s start with level of customer service we received. It was unprecedented. Not a single employee there that didn’t know everything about the party, there was no passing the buck or “I’ll have to check with the manager” they were constantly around to help, asked to pitch in and had a portion of the venue set up…
This venue was incredible! There are so many positives it is hard to remember them all. The styled appearance was so great we had to do very little to add to decorations. We got such service every step of the way it helped the wedding feel so well executed. They provide a day of coordinator which not many venues do.
Getting married at The Greenhouse at Bittersweet
The Greenhouse at Bittersweet comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
