From the reviews
Outstanding presentation on this venue! No matter your wedding plans, STILL check this out! Very cool venue with a very cool story and historic background!
My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and I wanted to make it special. I wanted to surprise him with a unique and wonderful experience. Gloria, the innkeeper and incredible chef, delivered in every way possible.
My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. Not only was the room cozy and warm, Gloria was the most accommodating host. The breakfast was phenomenal and we have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay. We will definitely come again.
Gloria is a charming and witty host. Because of her CIA (culinary)training the breakfasts are outstanding. Her stories of both the House's and her personal history will captivate and amuse you. (Ask about John Belushi's exploit in the House).
Getting married at Hamilton House Weddings
Hamilton House Weddings comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
