From the reviews
I recently volunteered at Asa Waters Mansion and enjoyed the opportunity to see this historic house. I look forward to future events at the mansion, along with further restoration efforts. This is a great venue for Millbury and the rest of the Blackstone Valley.
Wedding for my sister. The owner or manager? Sister scheduled this gorgeous place, months before, but then when we got there for rehearsal it was being worked on, the place she had specifically cited as where she wanted photos from wasn't available and then we found out that he had given us a half hour for the…
What a hidden gem just outside of Worcester. I had my June wedding here and had the pleasure of working with Kristen, the coordinator, for the last year-She is very organized and accommodating and offered helpful suggestions throughout the planning process. She helped make sure my wedding dream became a reality.
A true hidden gem in the Blackstone Valley area. A Georgian style mansion of unrivaled elegance and conveniently located. I officiated a wedding here as a minister of a nearby church. The service and organization of the staff is superb. I've attended concerts and dances here and they've been the best.
Getting married at Asa Waters Mansion
Asa Waters Mansion comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
