A 5/5 rating could never be enough. At our pre-wedding tour, Margaret said “if you are worrying about it, I’ve already worried about it 10x over and already have a plan to solve it.” At those words, I knew this was the venue I would choose. I booked Bloom & Bower a year before my wedding.
There are not enough words to describe our experience with Margaret, Thomas, and the rest of the Bloom & Bower staff! My partner and I had been engaged for a while and had given up on planning a wedding until we were invited to a friends wedding at Bloom & Bower.
We had an amazing experience with Bloom & Bower as our wedding venue. Margaret, the Venue Manager and Event Coordinator, was professional, thoughtful, and courteous. She provided excellent recommendations and clear guidance throughout the planning process.
Words cannot explain how amazing Bloom & Bower is to their couples. From the moment we booked, we knew this place was amazing. Margaret must be one of the kindest and easiest people to work with. She takes her job seriously, which is what every bride needs. The venue was drop-dead gorgeous- rain or shine!
Getting married at Bloom & Bower
Bloom & Bower comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
