We so glad to found The Garden Room for our wedding. This venue is everything you need!! Beautiful hall, separate bar area for cocktail hour and speakeasy bar is the good choice for some people dont want to deal with noisy :)) The open bar with 2 signature cocktails is wonderful. All my guests very enjoyed the wedding.
We had our reception here in January 2022 and it was FANTASTIC!!! Our event manager, Katie, was beyond wonderful. She answered all of our silly questions, helped coordinate all of our vendors day of, and made sure everything was perfect during our reception.
We were working with Omaha Event Group for our wedding at another venue but that had to be moved with 6 month's notice. The Omaha Event Group was great about honoring the price and date commitment and offered several options to us that included The Garden Room.
Getting married at The Garden Room
The Garden Room comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
