From the reviews
My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago, and it was SO beautiful. The staff was super helpful and gracious. I got a makeup smudge on my dress right before the ceremony and the venue manager, Amanda, whipped out a tide pen and removed the stain like a pro while the rest of the crew kept everything else…
My wedding was incredible -- because it was at Loma Vista Gardens. All of the recommendations from their team helped us put together a dream ceremony and reception. My guests were astounded with the experience. I love this space because you don't have to do much to it to make it extraordinary.
I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at this absolutely stunning venue in Big Sur, and I cannot recommend it enough! The garden setting is beyond breathtaking—lush greenery, towering trees, and the thoughtful design of the different terraces make the entire experience feel like a dream.
My daughter and new son in law got married at Loma Vista last month and it could not have been a more beautiful event. I had the pleasure of getting to be involved in the planning process with my daughter and attended the initial tour.
Getting married at Loma Vista Gardens
Loma Vista Gardens comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Loma Vista Gardens
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Loma Vista Gardens — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
