From the reviews
Attended my niece's wedding. It's a beautiful venue, especially when the sun goes down. The one downfall for my husband and I was the uneven ground. The parking lot is large gravel. Wearing heels, it was difficult to walk on, plus my heels were a bit damaged. Then the ceremony is on grass.
Brownstone, where do I begin? Thank you for giving us the wedding of our absolute dreams, and a night that we will remember for the rest of our lives. My wife and I chose Brownstone to host our wedding early in 2020 after visiting the grounds and speaking with Barbara, Brownstone's manager.
We hosted my daughter’s wedding here on October 13, 2025 — and, wouldn’t you know it, it poured torrential rain the entire time we were at the venue! Since the space is completely outdoors with no covered areas, everyone had to scramble to make the most of it.
Just had my wedding here on October 11, 2025. The weather was beautiful and warm, the greenery around the venue was gorgeous, and all our guests absolutely loved how spacious the venue is. There was something different in every corner, so they never got bored or stuck in a space as they explored.
Getting married at Brownstone Gardens
Brownstone Gardens comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Brownstone Gardens
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Brownstone Gardens — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
