Amazing wedding space! As a DJ and Musician, I perform at a lot of different venues. Warehouse 109 is such a cool spot to work and party with clients. Cerena and the staff know how to run a full day of events and organize everything right on site.
Warehouse 109 is an AMAZING venue. Reasonably priced, a beautiful setting with so many options to make your day exactly what you want it to be, and an incredibly helpful staff that's readily available and happy to help!! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family-owned venue if you are looking for easy to work with staff for planning, a unique venue that doesn’t need much more décor to make it beautiful, and a cozy indoor/outdoor space to make your guests feel comfortable!
Warehouse 109 was a 5 from the start! It is family owned, and they truly care about their customers and making the experience perfect. The spaces they have are absolutely stunning and unique from the bridal suite, to the garden, to the courtyard and the inside reception space!

Warehouse:109 comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
