From the reviews
The whole process was stress-free from booking the venue to the actual wedding day. I originally had my wedding booked in November but decided to postpone since I found out I was pregnant and was gonna be 8 months during the wedding. The staff was very understanding and let us change the date.
We were completely in love with our venue! David made sure everything was all set up for us and worked with us 2 months from our wedding date when we lost our first venue. Anything I was worried about, he made me feel comfortable and guided us through the entire day.
Venue: The Pavilion at Mixon Farms. I cannot say enough about this beautiful venue. It was the first and only venue that we toured because we knew right away that it was the perfect fit for us.
Choosing to have our wedding at Mixon Farms turned out to be the most positive experience. From the time we initially visited the venue though-out the time following our wedding the staff at Mixon's was extremely attentive , involved and and assured our big day went smooth.
Getting married at The Pavilion at Mixon Farms Wedding Venue
The Pavilion at Mixon Farms Wedding Venue comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Pavilion at Mixon Farms Wedding Venue
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Pavilion at Mixon Farms Wedding Venue — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
