From the reviews
Staff is awesome here, and don't be fooled by the seemingly smallish look of the place, as the venue can handle a pretty large group! I'm not too certain what the parking situation is during the weekdays, but on weekends there is lots of parking within walking distance that is safe and easy to get to.
CGC is such a lovely and rustic venue with an old school restaurant vibe. It winds up and down and it's a smaller venue with a tight fit but the staff works wonders with what they have available. Lorri is an amazing front of staff and a pleasure to work with.
Warning: LONG DETAILED REVIEW TL;DR: Lori is amazing, and CGC is amazing. Don't look further! I normally do not leave any reviews on various websites, but Country Garden Caterers is worth every word of my review. I am also leaving 5-star reviews on a few other wedding website platforms because they are just PHENOMENAL.
This venue was absolutely perfect for our Christmas vintage–themed micro wedding. We had 27 guests, yet the space never felt empty—making it an ideal setting for an intimate celebration. We held our ceremony upstairs, and the layout worked beautifully for our group size.
Getting married at Country Garden Caterers & Historic Event Venues
Country Garden Caterers & Historic Event Venues comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Country Garden Caterers & Historic Event Venues
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Country Garden Caterers & Historic Event Venues — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
