From the reviews
My good friend will be getting married here within two months. It is a very beautiful area with multiple spots to choose from within the estate to entertain guest. I love the space, the nature aspect of it, and the kindness of the staff.
My husband and I got married here in 2012. Since we were both from Aiken, we thought it would be much cuter here than over at Hopeland Gardens. While everything turned out perfectly, there was a little more stress than I would have liked in setting up a menu (you have to use their chef for catering) and finalizing all…
We had to change our rehearsal dinner venue last minute and this place literally pulled something together for us DAY OF. I can't even express how grateful we were that they were able to accommodate us so last minute. Katie, their event coordinator pulled off a miracle for us.
The price for the venue was very affordable, Elizabeth (the venue coordinator/owner) was amazing! Great communication and flexible to our needs. The property was beautiful and well maintained, I would recommend Rose Hill to anyone looking for a beautiful setting for any event. Thank you so much again!!!!!
Getting married at Rose Hill in Aiken
Rose Hill in Aiken comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
