From the reviews
This is a dream venue. The house is gorgeous and the view of the harbor from the balcony is so romantic. My husband and I were looking for a very particular dinner service: food stations and passed appetizers instead of a full sit-down dinner, making the reception feel like more casual and giving people more time to…
We had our dream wedding for 50 people at the Perry House, and we couldn’t have been happier with everything! From the prime location to the delicious food, our wedding was perfect in every way. And thanks to our wedding coordinator, Francesca, planning everything was a breeze!
We visited recently for a friend's wedding and it was beautiful! The balconies have a gorgeous view of the bay. Kind and professional staff. Just a couple of things to keep in mind. 1. The mixed drinks felt watered down. My partner must have had 10+ mixed drinks before feeling a buzz.
Highly recommend this venue for your wedding needs!! This place was perfect for my wedding - I fell in love at first sight. Francesca was a great coordinator, very communicative and didn't blink an eye when I changed table cloth colors multiple times last minute.
Getting married at The Perry House
The Perry House comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Perry House
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Perry House — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
