I had the privilege of photographing a wedding at Aldworth Manor recently, traveling all the way from France for this special event and I must say, I was truly impressed. As a destination wedding photographer, I’ve worked in many beautiful venues, but the experience I had at Aldworth was outstanding.
Aldworth Manor offers a stunning backdrop for weddings, where the beauty of the grounds rivals the manor itself. The staff's friendliness and the delicious food enhance the experience. Great food, helpful staff and an amazing atmosphere make this place a gem.
My wife and I got married at Aldworth in October of 2025, to say that everything exceeded expectations would be a gross understatement. The Manor is worth visiting in it’s own right for a public dinner (fresh ingredients, thoughtfully presented) - the pictures don’t do the in person beauty of the place & its overall…
We had our wedding at Aldworth Manor in late September 2024! Our guests are still raving about the beauty of the manor grounds, the seamless wedding and the overall great experience. We toured Aldworth a year and a half before our wedding date and booked on the spot (it was our first tour too!
Getting married at Aldworth Manor
Aldworth Manor comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
