I cannot say enough about The Wright House! My daughter’s wedding was perfect. She knew even before she was engaged that she wanted to get married at Provençal, and she was not disappointed! From the moment we visited, we were treated with kindness and every question was answered.
This place is incredible. It is beautiful and the people who run it are helpful and friendly. I needed a place to do my bridal photoshoot but many places told me they don't allow it or I had to be also getting married at their venue. This one allowed us to book for $100 per hour which is great!
We had our wedding at the Provencal in June, and it was no less than magnificent! We were impressed by the staff, and their ability to listen and turn our vision into reality. We live outside the US and had our niece, who lives in a neighboring state, help us organize the entire event.
I could not recommend this venue enough. We got married on the ballroom side of the venue in early May, and it was a DREAM. I could not have asked for it to be more perfect. All of my guests raved about the venue, we heard multiple times that it was the prettiest venue people had ever been to!
Getting married at The Wright House
The Wright House comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
