We booked Greenhouse Loft for our wedding ceremony and reception on March 22, 2024, and we couldn't be happier with their services and event space! From start to finish, Spencer and Callie were incredibly responsive and helpful.
We cannot thank Greenhouse Loft enough for hosting our wedding and helping us tremendously. Spencer, Callie, and our day of event liaisons Becca and Lisa were all over-the-top incredible. Also, Brian, the graphic designer, is incredible and helped design a beautiful welcome display as well as the photo booth prints.
Greenhouse Loft is everything I could ask for in a wedding venue and more, but Spencer and his team are what make this place truly special. From the first point of contact to set up a walkthrough, Spencer was very communicative and easy to work with.
GHL is the most versatile, innovative, and beautiful venue in Chicago. My wife and I were married here in May. They came recommended by Simply Elegant Group. You truly can’t beat the professionalism of the team here. Spencer, Callie, Brian, and DJ Mondo are perfect. This was us!
Getting married at Greenhouse Loft
Greenhouse Loft comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
