As a venue it's lovely. Interesting history, gorgeous house, beautiful grounds. The spaces themselves for events are great. The staff is super friendly. The prices are far. The services offered are great. My only not glowing remark is that the drive to the location from the main street is pretty trashed.
I shot a beautiful wedding here. The staff was absolutely fantastic and super kind. The bride and groom's pictures came out gorgeous.They have a number of different event area spots including a ceremony area and at least three reception areas. Excellent parking and nice bride and groom dressing rooms.
I'm sure Edwards Mansion was a really beautiful place some time ago. But was there for a 20's costume soiree and while it has beautiful grounds it was clear that it was undergoing some much needed upgrades indoors. Anyway we had a wonderful time there despite the 100 degree temps that day. As you can see in the pics.
An absolutely Beautiful Queen Ann Victorian located in the heart of Redlands. What a spectacular event venue hosting Citrus Blossom Market and The Bake off Competition. Highly recommend and a must see to soak in the history and Redlands charm. If these walls could talk. @theRhodaHouseBakery

Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
