From the moment we stepped into Prosperity Mansion and Farm, we were completely enchanted. This venue is nothing short of a fairytale come to life, capturing our hearts and exceeding all of our expectations for our wedding day.
We had the pleasure of working with Debbie from Prosperity Mansion and Farm for our son's wedding (October 2025). What a beautiful venue. We couldn't have asked for a prettier place for the wedding. A hidden gem that is getting more and more notice. The leaves were starting to change, and the colors were amazing.
I am long-time preferred vendor (bartender) for Prosperity Mansion and cannot say enough great things about this venue after years of experience there! The venue runs a nice "tight ship" and their efforts clearly show in the joy each couple have expressed to me in their testimonials.
Getting married at Prosperity Mansion and Farm
Prosperity Mansion and Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
