From the reviews
Hosted a 20's themed fundraising event for a bit under 200 people a while back and it turned out AMAZING. Overall everything was great, the venue and caterer were awesome and easy to work with.
Castle Green is an absolutely stunning venue with timeless elegance. From the moment we saw it, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The option to have the ceremony either indoors or outdoors was a huge plus, and the venue's natural beauty meant we didn’t need much extra decor.
We held our wedding at the Castle Green in February 2022, and could not have picked a more incredible venue. We fell in love with the stunning garden, amazing old tree, and beautiful architecture.
We were married at Castle Green in April 2023 and it was amazing! Planning started in March of 2022, and CG's event coordinator Tatiana was a joy to work with. When the day finally came, our guests were stunned by the outdoor ceremony space, and the hits kept coming.
Getting married at Castle Green
Castle Green comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Castle Green
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Castle Green — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
