From the reviews
My wife and I had our wedding and reception here. It was perfect for our small wedding and we got so many compliments on how nice our wedding looked. The venue is quaint and chic. The owner, Mrs. Diana, was so helpful.
Tirzah is a beautiful vintage building that is just full of life and history. The owner Ms. Diana is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her helpfulness and kindness are genuine, which is a quality not found as much anymore. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful venue for their event.
Wonderful place. Large venue and wonderfully restored. Lovely owner and very helpful. The neighboring businesses are helpful and friendly. One of them even told us the history and gave us helpful advice and let us peak over the fence in the back area after we asked politely while we waited for our appointment.
We had our wedding+reception here and it was the perfect place for us! The courtyard is beautiful and the open area in the back was spacious and worked wonderfully for our ceremony and reception. Diana, the venue owner, is so sweet and helpful and really cares about making your day special.
Getting married at Tirzah
Tirzah comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Tirzah
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Tirzah — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
