From the reviews
We meandered through on a day trip to Waco and quite enjoyed our time here. There was a lovely, intimate wedding in progress, but there was plenty of space for us to not be an interruption. This is a great place to be amongst the beauty of well curated nature.
As a photographer, the Carleen Bright Arboretum has been one of my favorite places to preserve the wedding day of my clients in Central Texas. The landscape is lovely and the hall is a great size for a large guest count and plenty of dancing. Everything is extremely well-maintained.
Awesome and beautiful place to visit and explore. The trail going deeper into the woods has good sights to take some nice snaps. Would totally recommend. Also, it's a gorgeous place for weddings. Staff is very helpful. Definitely a place to consider.
Getting married at Carleen Bright Arboretum
Carleen Bright Arboretum comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
