I did day-of-coordinating for my friend's wedding here. It is a beautiful venue and well maintained. The wedding had 65 people, had a jazz band, a cellist, and they used Sage catering (A+ for Sage, I loved working with them and their food was delicious!).
Amazing venue. Amazing team in Mr. Boston, and crew. We had our wedding here, and it was perfect. 113 guests, outdoor dining to be extra safe. Great access points throughout the ground. Flexible in Covid planning. Guests had a great time!
A California Historical Landmark, the beautiful Mill Valley "Outdoor Art Club" since 1902, has been dedicated to preserving the area's Natural Environment. Lovely gardens surround the 1904 clubhouse designed by Architect Bernard Maybeck. Popular venue for weddings, parties, lectures.
Had a friends wedding here recently. Nice venue!limited street parking can get full.
Getting married at The Outdoor Art Club
The Outdoor Art Club comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
