A wonderful place to host your special events. Our amazing venue coordination Mel and her staff made the work fun and easy as a wedding planner and a guest. I look forward to more events working in this awesome space. Great parking and the look is worth it..
I am a Alumni of the University of Maryland, and staff member. I have attending several events at Riggs, in every season, and in every featured space. Each room is uniquely different and can serve the purposes of all different kinds of festivities.
This is a great place to have an event. The place is very spacious and can hold up to a total of 800 people. My event manager did a great job with working with me before and during my event. The only issue I had was the location. It is kind of hard to find depending on where you enter the campus.
My husband and I are so happy we chose Samuel Riggs as our wedding venue. Being able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place was everything. I was sold at our walkthrough!! Lindsey and the entire team were hands on and handled everything we asked for or needed.
