From the reviews
My husband and I used this venue for our wedding this past October, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The owner, Martha, was incredibly helpful through the touring/booking process, prompt with responses to all my emails, and made sure we had everything we needed day of.
The Rand-Bryan House in Garner is such a sweet venue! We love the new manager, Heather Bonawitz, and how she is giving this wonderful wedding venue fresh ideas. I've had the chance to work at Rand-Bryan multiple times, and most recently it was the location for an intimate wedding I planned.
My husband and I got married here this past May 2019, and it was an absolutely perfect day! Much of this is thanks to The Rand-Bryan House. We chose The Rand-Bryan House because of it's restored farm house charm, and because we had the ability to bring our vision to the venue.
After looking at several options for our son's rehearsal dinner, we knew soon after visiting the Rand-Bryan House, it was the place for us. The house and the grounds were beautiful. From our first visit, the staff was very responsive, professional, and accommodating to us.
Getting married at Rand-Bryan House
Rand-Bryan House comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Rand-Bryan House
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Rand-Bryan House — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
