From the reviews
The Manor House at King's Charter is a fabulous place to get married. Kristen, the venue coordinator we worked with, was very accommodating of our needs. She supported planning meetings and many walkthroughs of the venue as our wedding theme and decor ideas matured and evolved. She gave great advice for decoration.
We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at the Manor House! The house itself is gorgeous, not to mention the lovely front and backyard. The Manor House had a lot of beautiful glassware and other decorations we were welcome to use (which really helped our wedding budget!
Was married here years ago. Beautiful venue and great staff. One of the best nights of my life!
We just had our wedding this past weekend at the Manor House. We had an intimate wedding with less than 50 invitees, and wanted plenty of room and the venue was flexible enough that with all of the rooms, it never felts crowded and it never felt empty.
Getting married at Manor House at King's Charter
Manor House at King's Charter comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
