From the reviews
My nephew had his wedding here, I officiated for him and his beautiful new wife. I was here all day, with the groomsmen and my brother in law. Very nice place, staff was amazing. The groom room was great, all amenities needed. There were 10 of us all day, and not tight on space.
As a wedding photographer, I need to tell you how much I LOVE Everhart. This is one of my favorite venues!! Firstly, the staff!! They are ALL absolutely amazing!! Everyone there goes above and beyond not only for their Bride & Groom, the for the families, guests, and vendors. A special shoutout goes to Jonah!!
My fiance (now husband) and I got married at Everhart Gathering Place 4/2024. From the first planning meeting to the big day, they assist with every detail. They offer/pair with preferred vendors for their catering, DJ, decor, and wedding coordination which made the planning process that much easier.
As a photographer this venue is a dream. They have carefully thought out all the details so weddings are seamless for their couples. My couple had Jonah from Everhart as their coordinator and I cannot sing his praises enough. He went above and beyond for everyone involved in the day - vendors included.
Getting married at Everhart Gathering Place
Everhart Gathering Place comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
