Willow Hill is a total fairytale venue that brought our magical September 2025 wedding to life. A perfectly maintained retreat, we could not imagine having our special weekend anywhere else. From our first tour, owners Nicole and Greg made us feel so heard and welcome.
We had our ten-year vow renewal at Willow Hill, and it was the perfect setting for the intimate weekend we envisioned. The property is truly one of a kind - stunning, peaceful, and full of character. It gave us the freedom to design a weekend that felt completely true to us.
As a wedding and event planner, I know the importance of a flawless venue—and for an unforgettable event experience, Willow Hill is truly the place to go! I recently collaborated with Willow Hill for our Haute Hoedown event, and it was remarkable from start to finish.
Getting married at Events at Willow Hill
Events at Willow Hill comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
