Great location and set-up for an outdoor wedding on Whidbey Island! As a wedding guest here, I loved walking through the garden following the ceremony…and the evening lighting of the sunflowers was gorgeous! I still love looking at all the pictures I took during the ceremony and reception.
Grateful to have attended an event at Cascadia Meadows. This spectacular venue on Whidbey Island is perfect for a wide variety of occasions and the church has excellent acoustics. We stayed in the cottage on the property that was very comfortable and quiet.
We hosted a neighborhood meeting at Cascadia Meadows - what a perfect space! There was plenty of parking, abundant tables & chairs, and even a wipe board with pens!
We held our rehearsal dinner here and had so many guests commenting on what a beautiful setting it was! The dahlias and sunflowers were all in bloom, so we were able to use simple decorations and highlight the natural beauty of the venue.
Getting married at Cascadia Meadows
Cascadia Meadows comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
