From the reviews
I'm so behind with posting reviews for my vendors but I have so many great things to say about Camellia Gardens! To start Mrs. Marilyn is one of the nicest human beings I've ever met. She was so welcoming to me and my husband. The property itself is GORGEOUS!
I was a "vendor" at this location for a wedding. A photographer hired by the happy couple to capture their special day.💒💍 The venue itself is lovely! The staff seemed friendly enough at the rehearsal. They were kind enough to show us around the various buildings. The event went well enough.
My mom threw my engagement party here in January and WOW, was I impressed. The venue was clean, wide open for tables and people to mingle, and the decorations set up by the owners daughter were absolutely flawless.
My new husband and I cannot say enough nice things about Camellia Gardens and about Marilyn!! Despite a nearly 2-year long wedding planning process (#thankscovid), there was never a doubt that Camellia Gardens was where we wanted to have our wedding.
Getting married at Camellia Gardens
Camellia Gardens comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
