What a beautiful public park and nature center. When we were there, a wedding was being set up in the Orangerie that incidentally was designed by A. Hays Town and it looked beautiful. There also is a huge area dedicated to raising bees and the walking paths are fun and educational especially on an early spring day.
Lots of artifacts from the past. You can really get a sense of what it must have been like to live in the past. The museum is kinda small but crammed pack with interesting displays. The outside village is done very well. It's worth an hour or 2 of your time.

First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
