Having our wedding at the Woodbine Mansion was a dream come true! Having grown up in Round Rock, I often passed by the mansion before it became a venue when I was a young girl. Every time I saw it, I would tell myself, "I want to get married there." I'm thrilled to say that on April 4th, I fulfilled that dream!
The woodbine was the one and only venue we toured and immediately knew we had to get married here. The entire venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely pleasant to work with. All of our guests were in awe of the venue and had the best time.
We got married at Woodbine Mansion on January 24th, 2025. Our ceremony was outside in front of their gazebo, and our reception was held inside the included (only included for winter weddings) clear tent. We were so blessed with the weather and had a beautiful sunny day on the day of our wedding.

Getting married at Woodbine Mansion
Woodbine Mansion comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
