From the reviews
We were married here in November of 2016. Natalie is a credit to her craft. Our afternoon/evening went off without one hitch. Our ceremony to reception was all we could ask for and more. As a second time bride, my nerves were shot about planning a wedding. Natalie took all that off my plate.
Not only was the venue beautiful, but Natalie was the best! All kinds of things went differently from my plan, but Natalie was not only the sweetest. She kept it together, and made sure everything went smoothly. I was satisfied with the venue, but I was more content with how helpful Natalie was and the team.
Our wedding guests loved this venue! What a hidden gem! The outdoor area was transformed; simply magical. Touring the site prior to booking didn’t do the space justice…it surpassed all visual expectations :) Do you want to de-stress your wedding planning?
Last year, I was looking for a venue because the original place I reserved became unavailable due to Covid-19. I frantically called and emailed several venues, trying to inquire about a new place for our wedding. The Virginia's House was the only place kind enough to respond in a timely manner.
Getting married at Virginia's House
Virginia's House comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Virginia's House
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Virginia's House — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
