From the reviews
Village Pine Venue is the newest Moore County, NC venue! This space has it all! Multiple ceremony spaces, indoor and outdoor locations, dedicated vendor load in entrances, built in bar with service counters inside and outside….it’s absolutely stunning!
As an owner of a florist and wedding planning (Hillside Florist) company, I’m always looking for outstanding venues that can host small and large events. After being connected to the owners of Village Pine venue, I instantly knew this venue would be a huge asset for Moore County and attract clients from all over.
I recently had the pleasure of touring the Village Pine Venue, and I have to say, it was a truly unforgettable experience. The venue itself was stunning - the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. But more than that, what really stood out to me was the kindness and warmth of the owner, Melissa.
If you are planning a big event in the Moore County, choose this venue!!! Every detail has been considered with space for multiple events and support activities. The large main area has cathedral ceilings with exposed trusses, loft, and large sliding doors that open to a fantastic water view.
Getting married at Village Pine Venue
Village Pine Venue comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Village Pine Venue
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Village Pine Venue — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
