05/02/2025 Had the best experience at this venue. It really was the wedding of our dreams. The property manager Billy was amazing and so helpful. Even went and bought me French vanilla coffee creamer the morning of. The venue itself is a beautiful sight. Plenty of space for dancing, and loved the overall day.
We had our wedding on March 21st at The Mulberry and it was an absolute dream. The venue itself is so gorgeous and completely exceeded our expectations for a wedding venue. The property manager, Billie, was so wonderful to work with.
Caley and the entire Mulberry team deserve 10 stars, let alone 5! We booked our wedding over a year and a half ago, and when we learned about the change in ownership and major renovations just two months before our date, we were naturally incredibly stressed.
My husband and I had our first real interaction at New Smyrna Beach, even though we met in college! So, New Smyrna had such a special place in our hearts, and it's a hidden gem in Florida. All of our guests loved the area. When we first visited The Mulberry, I loved envisioning a new spin on it.

First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
