From the reviews
On July 15th, 2017 our daughter got married at the Old Barn Inn...we rented the place in 2015 and it is more beautiful that I remembered. My husband and I reserved the cottages as well as the pavillion for the reception and the area for the ceremony. Datra was amazing.
This review for THE LODGE, King Suite, first floor. (They have several other lodgings close by.) These people understand “peaceful.” Quiet, tasteful small inn of 12 rooms. Booked same day. Says call BEFORE booking if you can’t check in by 5:00 (we couldn’t.
Wow, what an incredible escape! The Inns at Saint Albans is truly a hidden gem, and I can't believe it's just a short drive from St. Louis. For our anniversary, we booked a king suite and were completely blown away. It was incredibly elegant, with a stunning lake view right from our room.
We've photographed wedding for over 14 years and LOVE working at the Inns at St Albans. Not only is it a gorgeous backdrop for a wedding but the staff do such an amazing job of taking care of our couples!
Getting married at The Inns at St. Albans
The Inns at St. Albans comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Inns at St. Albans
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Inns at St. Albans — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
