We just got married at the hidden oaks on March 29, 2025. We booked this venue, April 2024. This is literally the best venue in the state of Virginia. Not only do they respond and communicate with you throughout the whole process but they really just respect you no matter what background you come from.
We are extremely excited to see The Hidden Oaks as a new venue in Chesterfield. As a rental company we have just had our first opportunity to work with The Hidden Oaks and see the space. With it's contemporary greenhouse, well manicured gardens, and a slight industrial edge the design options are endless.

We recently had our wedding at this venue (10/19/24), and it was truly unforgettable! The venue is absolutely beautiful, with well-kept grounds and picturesque views that made for amazing photos.
Getting married at The Hidden Oaks
The Hidden Oaks comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
