A Slice of Heaven in the Heart of New Braunfels! If you’re looking for the perfect blend of Texas charm and German gemütlichkeit, look no further than Sophie's Gasthaus.
We got married here at the end of October and we knew it was the right place for us the second we walked in. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and each room had so much character and class. We rented it for the entire weekend and were thrilled to have a space for our out of town family to stay for our special weekend.
My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing day at this wonderful pool—so awesome! We didn't book a night but will definitely be back—such a beautiful home steps from the city center and yet so quiet!
An oasis, I recommend Sophie’s Gasthaus for anyone traveling to experience New Braunfels or Gruene. A lovely, intimate venue for group events, it’s also a fun place to visit on the fly. I chose to stay for the pool, but the rooms are lovely and well appointed also. My dog loves the large, fenced yard.
