From the reviews
We could not have found a more perfect venue for our wedding day! We visited the site for the first time in the dullness of late November and somehow instantly knew it was our choice simply by the expansive grounds and beautiful architecture we saw.
Smith Farm Gardens was the first and only venue that my husband I toured for our October 2025 wedding. We spent months researching a charming venue that could accommodate us and our guests for the duration of a wedding weekend, especially one that was local for most of our guests, and absolutely fell in love with SFG.
We had our dream wedding at Smith Farm Gardens two weeks ago! From the moment we reached out to tour the property, Travis and Peggy demonstrated how thoughtful, helpful, and accommodating they were going to be as venue operators.
We had our wedding at Smith Farm Gardens this August, and it was truly the most beautiful venue we could have imagined. The gardens were absolutely lush and vibrant, full of gorgeous greenery and flowers that created the perfect backdrop everywhere you looked.
Getting married at Smith Farm Gardens
Smith Farm Gardens comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
