From the reviews
Visiting this indoor oasis was the perfect thing to do on a winter day! Plenty of warmth and tropical plants to take you away from dismal weather for a moment of peace in nature! They even have GOATS! We didn't get much time with them but it was the end of the day and they were setting up for a wedding.
Absolutely stunning. Perfect place for a intimate wedding or gathering or a place to visit any season. Kudos to the caretakers, employees and any other people who keep the foliage and koi pond natural and gorgeous and cant forget the ppl who help host the gatherings AAA+
A wonderful place to take a day trip. You can spend an hour, you can spend a day. The attending staff/volunteers are kind, passionate and caring. They are happy to answer questions, and engage in fun and whimsy for all ages.
Getting married at Roger Williams Park Botanical Center
Roger Williams Park Botanical Center comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
