From the reviews
Openaire affairs venues do not disappoint. This past week I have the most amazing wedding at Tyler Garden. The teams that openaire works will are amazing. They are extremely attentive and welcoming not matter what. I could not have asked for a better day, location or team to make my day special.
Rae and the team did an incredible job with our witchy wedding florals. We met Rae while searching for a venue, and when we mentioned the vibe we were going for, we quickly learned that we had similar interests and so we hired her to make all of our “gothic harvest” dreams come to life.
Thank you so much to Rae and the team at Open Aire Affairs for helping to make our wedding day perfect! We had to change venues fairly close to our date and suddenly needed a ton of things. Rae was extremely flexible, patient, kind and knowledgeable.
We had the absolute best experience having our wedding at Bowman’s Hill Wild Flower Preserve and working with Open Aire Affairs to make our special day so amazing. From start to finish, everything was seamless, stress-free, and truly magical. A huge thank you to Annemarie, who was an absolute dream to work with.
Getting married at Open Aire Affairs
Open Aire Affairs comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Open Aire Affairs
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Open Aire Affairs — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
