My wife and I chose the Nagel mansion as the place to stay when we celebrated our wedding anniversary. We wanted to have a bed and breakfast experience, and wow, did we get one! The manaion is immaculately decorated, the service was excellent, and the food was fantastic!
If you love old homes and the Victorian era time period, you absolutely need to stay here. The service, from the receptionist, to the inn-keeper/chef Jas, and the room/breakfast service is top notch. They want to make sure you feel as if you stepped into 1888.
We were given a gift certificate to stay at the Nagel Warren Mansion for Christmas. We were able to use it in January and had a wonderful stay. Jas was a great host and so fun and easy to listen to with his stories.
Wanted to make our 20th wedding anniversary something special, so is reserved a room. It was a fantastic experience! We booked mid-week in December and had the whole place to ourselves! The service was excellent! The room was quite comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!

First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
