As a wedding DJ who has worked at this venue several times, I can say with confidence that it's one of the best wedding venues in the area. From the moment you step onto the property, you feel like you've been transported to a fairy tale setting. The open air chapel is one of the highlights of this venue.
My son is getting married to the love of his life soon and we have had numerous meetings with the owner, Mrs. Jenna. First, let me start off by saying once you meet Jenna, you feel like you have known her forever ! She is authentically genuine and down to earth.
My husband and I recently had our wedding at Magnolia Bend. From the moment the tour started, I instantly knew I wanted to have my wedding at this venue. Not only is the chapel, reception area, and bridal cottage so breathtaking, but the atmosphere at Magnolia Bend is absolutely phenomenal.
My daughter’s wedding was everything I imagined and then some. The venue is clean and magical. Jenna makes everything run so smoothly. The dollhouse is adorable and the most perfect place for a bride and her party to get ready. The stained glass everywhere is gorgeous, there are so many great photo opportunities!
Getting married at Magnolia Bend
Magnolia Bend comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
