Our friends got married at l’Orangerie in Greenville NY and it was truly breathtaking. The venue is a gorgeous victorian greenhouse filled with natural light, thanks to its glass walls which create a bright and airy atmosphere. Surrounded by greenery, it felt like stepping into a secret garden.
If there was ever a wedding venue that belongs in a fairytale, where time slows down and everything feels magical, it is L’Orangerie. I attended a friend’s wedding there in October, and I’m still thinking about how breathtaking it all was.
We recently hosted a bridal shower at L’Orangerie, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is stunning—beautifully designed with gorgeous natural light pouring in and elegant chandeliers that create such a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. It made the entire event feel so special and photographed beautifully.
We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue than L'Orangerie for a bridal shower we hosted there! From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant and inviting.
Getting married at L'Orangerie
L'Orangerie comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
