From the reviews
where do I start? It's an historical house/farm. The house is so beautiful with some updated rooms, powder room for wedding event. The stair..love it. I meet a nice lady, an executive board member, who gives me a guided tour, telling me the history of it.
We recently attended The Liberty Ball at the stunning Long Branch Historic House and Farm in Clarke County to celebrate our Nation's 250th anniversary! Upon arrival we were greeted by young George Washington and delightful colonial re-enactors; so fun and appropos!
Can not express how beautiful this venue is. Truly a wonderful place for special occasions - I went to a wedding here and it was absolutely stunning. I can not recommend this place more - it’s just so beautiful 😍
Beautiful farm, great for a wedding or other events. People who run the place are very friendly. Definitely recommend it.
Getting married at Long Branch Historic House & Farm
Long Branch Historic House & Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
