My husband and I had our wedding on October of 2021 and it was such a beautiful day. From start to finish Danny was there, helping us along the way before the big day. He was so wonderful to work with and helped so much in making sure everything was perfect.
This venue is absolute MAGIC! We had the wedding of our dreams at The Hummingbird House and would choose this venue over and over again. We toured the property about 13 months before our wedding and immediately fell in love. It feels like a little slice of paradise, like you've been transported somewhere else entirely.
It has been a year since our wedding and Hummingbird House and it is still the best decision we made! The venue is absolutely beautiful, I don’t think any picture does it justice, which is saying a lot because every picture of the venue is so gorgeous. When you’re there you just get such a good feeling.
We love Hummingbird House! Danny is absolutely incredible and such a pleasure to work with, and you’ll hear the same confirmed by any vendor he works with. Not only did Danny help us with every little detail during our wedding planning, but he ensured all of it came together perfectly on our special day.
Getting married at Hummingbird House
Hummingbird House comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
